The program that runs this forum makes it very easy to embed videos. There are two ways to do this:
1. The super simple way. Find the video you want. Copy the URL to the video and paste it in your post. (Thanks @Oldhippie for showing me this)
The URL is the web address to the video and look like this: https: //www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dzmz76vfgfs
You can also find the URL to a video from a youtube playlist.
A playlist URL looks like this: https: //www.youtube.com/watch?v=mE_tQDCgeJg&list=PL3mcE8pqA9V91yewHyWRDA_-fWH5Fss6s
The portion of that URL that is specific to the video is everything before the "&". From the example above, the video URL is https: //www.youtube.com/watch?v=mE_tQDCgeJg
2. The next way to embed a video is using the built in media icon in the reply box. That Icon is found in the tool bar by clicking the "........". A drop down menu appears.
You then click "media". Paste the video URL into the box.
Using the playlist example above, here is how the URL to the video looks.
BTW: That URL is to a Blackberry Smoke song!!
