Phantom Elite is a Dutch band. Marina La Torraca, who hails from Brazil, is also in Exit Eden, which is how I initially heard of her. All of Exit Eden's singers are good, but if you forced me to pick a favorite, it would be Marina. She's adorable and has a pleasant singing voice with good range/versatility - she's not too soft, not too harsh or overwhelming, and just powerful enough.

Phantom Elite is in the same wheelhouse as Amaranthe or Infected Rain, I suppose, but they're a little different. They have the electronic effects but have a more djenty/proggy sound, and they only have one vocalist, not three like Amaranthe. I've just started listening to them, but their newest album, Blue Blood, has made a very good first impression on me. I really like the cover art, and that of their previous album, Titanium.

Yep, this band just dropped out of the clear blue sky and into my Spotify rotation. I've been listening to Blue Blood off and on all weekend. I can't get enough of it.
